On April 8 2019, Bunker, BIS, CRVENA, Racines, Relais Culture Europe, the University of Valencia, the University of Palermo, all partners of the trans-making project, meet in Paris for the launch meeting of an Observatory for freedom of association and artistic and cultural expression.
