Elisa Colletti

My name is Elisa Colletti, I’m professor of Private Law at the University of Palermo, and professor of various Masters Level II (ex. "Responsibility of public administration and public officials”,  University of Roma Tre, or “Health care organization for Certificates Quality Manager in Standards for Health and Safety management system on Hospitals and Clinics” UNISOM in University of Palermo). In 2020 I discussed a Ph.D. thesis about compensation of non-pecuniary damages in the European context, obtaining my Ph.D. in "Human Rights: Evolution, Protection and Limits" at the University of Palermo, in co-tutorship with the University of Valencia (doctorado en "Sostenibilidad y Paz en la Era Posglobal"). I’m currently member of the Observatory for Civil Justice of the Court of Milan.


My work deals with the issue of no property damages, which is a matter of civil law, that affects human rights too, because it analyzes themes like dignity, and the rights to life and health that are involved in the process of compensation system. The research field of my Ph.D. thesis belongs to...
