He has a degree in International Political Sciences. He has gained experience in scientific research working, among others, at “Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche” (National Research Council). Since 2002 he has been the general secretary of the Institute of Political Education “Pedro Arrupe” in Palermo where he carries out general coordination and institutional communication. With particular reference to scientific research, since 1998 he is the coordinator and supervisor of research activities promoted on behalf of the Tokyo Foundation under the Sylff Program at the Institute Arrupe.
