Lora Briški

Lora Briški is a Junior Researcher at the Institute of Criminology at the Faculty of Law, Ljubljana, and a PhD student of Criminology at the Faculty of Law, Ljubljana. She is interested in criminal law, criminal procedure law and decision-making in criminal justice. In her PhD, she is looking at how the parameters of the criminal dispute are set and how that impacts the burden of proof, the roles of the various participants and, above all, the position of the defence.
