In Morocco, the cultural policies are poorly elaborated except for the cultural heritage. Beyond researching on the cultural policies, most important is to question the relationship between public space and arts. How much public space is open to the arts or how much it is open at all? The observation on the field is run amongst the most important players of the cultural and artistic sphere of Casablanca dealing with this question – notably with organisations like Théâtre Nomade, l’Uzine, Espace Darja.
