Muhammed Ali Örnek

Muhammed Ali ÖRNEK is working in department of landscape architecture, Istanbul Technical University as a lecturer, architect and landscape architect. He received Bachelor of Architecture from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) in 2008, Master of Science in Architecture Design Computing from ITU in 2011 and got his PhD in Landscape Architecture from ITU in 2016. He still working as Assistant Professor in ITU at same department by focusing on computer-aided-design, visualization, manufacturing and learning topics. As a researcher, he has been a visiting researcher at Florida International University, FL, USA in 2013 and 2014. Based on his prior experience, within this project, he is interested in exploring new interactive collaboration ways for landscape and urban design by integrating the digital tools.

This work could be displayed in digital [as a website, an interactive movie, a three-dimensional virtual environment] and/or printed material [a booklet, an exhibition].

Mobility
This research consists of two phases: The first phase aims to collect data from Hastahana park in Sarajevo, which is one of just a few green areas in the city centre.
